Atlanta's summers have always been frought with heat waves, but not every year.
If you believe that the planet is getting hotter from auto emmissions and this is something that we are doing, think again. In June of 1925 Atlanta had temperatures of the 90s while the East and Midwest was in the 150s. Few autos then. In fact, business was in a slump. Old newspapers dating back to about 1740 in Georgia record the facts. Hey! I was numbered among hundreds of golfers who struggled last summer, with temperature near and over 100 degrees.
