Mayor Livingston Mims

Livingston Mims served as Mayor of Atlanta from 1901 to 1902. At the end of his term, his report to Atlanta was that 14,000 pupils in public schools, the erection of the Whitehall Street viaduct, the Federal Prison and the Carnegie Library.
