Five Points in 1895

A view of Five Points in 1895.  In the far distance is the monument of Henry W. Grady, famous newspaper editor and influential speaker.  Notice the old streetcar travelling down Marietta Street. The US Post Office and Custom House was built in 1878, later serving as Atlanta's City all from 1910 until it was demolished in 1930.
